Dennis is a Senior Associate of Wyndarra Consulting. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and has over 26 years experience in the workforce. He is a qualified teacher, accountant, auditor, company secretary and company director. He specialises in corporate governance, financial management, risk management and audit.
Dennis' major ongoing risk and audit client is ANSTO (Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation) where he has been responsible for the introduction of an integrated risk management and audit program supported by the Chief Executive, the Board and the Board Audit Committee. His scope covers strategic and operational business risk assessment, ongoing management assurance, evaluation of internal controls and the development of structured internal auditing methodologies.

In his consulting capacity he has provided audit, corporate governance and risk and financial management services to a range of clients in the private and public sectors, including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Infosentials Limited, the Australian Scholarships Group and the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts.
He is currently completing a Master of Business in Corporate Governance degree with the Graduate School of RMIT University in Melbourne.
