Dhiba has over 10 years experience in the risk management and OH&S fields across private and public sector organisations. Dhiba has successfully combined her solid background in risk management and audit with relevant tertiary and industry qualifications including the completion of the Certified Practising Risk Manager (CPRM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
With over five years in management roles Dhiba has the strong ability to set strategic direction and provide professional service and expertise. Her strong communication, influencing and organisational skills have enabled her to build relationships and proactively promote best practice in risk management and safety.
In Dhiba’s previous senior management role, she successfully developed and implemented an organisational risk management framework and program resulting in a $2.4million reduction in workers compensation provision costs. Also, the completion and testing of the organisation’s business continuity plan was a career milestone and business success.
