Helen was a former Exective Director Nursing and Clinical Services at Monash Medical Centre/Southern Health Care Network. Along her career journey, Helen's wide-ranging skills have been utilised in senior director roles at Southern Health Care Network and Melbourne Health.
Diversifying into private company management, Helen took on the role of CEO with Staffing Australia Group, where she contributed to a revenue increase of almost 50% and profit increase of 230%.
More recently, Helen has held Senior Lecturer/Course Co-ordinator roles at Monash University, running and coordinating a course in Clinical Leadership and Management whilst also running her own successful consulting practice, Exclusive Consulting Pty ltd/Helen Kemp & Associates. She has also held roles as Case Study Supervisor at Monash University and Mentor at Melbourne University Business School.
Helen is specialised in career management, outplacement and career development activities. A key role has involved coaching and mentoring senior executives at career crisis points.
Helen is also a published author, contributing to a text entitled "Thinking Management: Focussing on People", and was the only Australian representative at one of the famous Salzberg Seminars, where young leaders are encouraged to debate and discuss burgeoning world issues in their field.
